1. Do I need to know anything about Zapier or automation?
No. Just tell me what you currently do manually and what you would like to happen automatically. I'll work out the technical side and recommend the simplest practical workflow.
2.What can you automate?
I can automate workflows involving things like forms, Google Sheets, email, websites, CRM systems, lead handling, notifications, data syncing and repetitive business tasks using Zapier-supported apps. If you're unsure whether your process can be automated, message me and describe it.
3. What should I send you before ordering?
Tell me which tools you use, what starts the process, what happens now, and what you want to happen automatically. Screenshots or a simple step-by-step explanation are welcome. You don't need technical terminology.
4. Should I message you before placing an order?
For anything beyond a very simple automation, yes, please. Send me your workflow first so I can confirm what's possible and make sure you choose the right package.
5. Will I need to give you access to my accounts?
Sometimes limited access or authorization may be needed to build and test integrations. I'll only request access that's necessary for the project. Please never send passwords or sensitive credentials through ordinary messages.
6. Do I need a Zapier account?
Yes, if the finished automation will run in your business, you'll normally need your own Zapier account. Some workflows may also require paid plans or features from Zapier or the apps you use. I'll let you know if I spot a requirement before we proceed.
7. Are subscriptions or third-party costs included in my order?
No. Your order covers my work designing, building and testing the agreed automation. Any Zapier subscription, app subscription, usage fee or other third-party cost remains the buyer's responsibility.
8. What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable adjustment to the workflow we originally agreed on. Adding new apps, new processes, additional automation steps or substantially changing the original goal may require an extra or a separate order.
9. Can you work with an automation I already have?
Possibly. Send me a message explaining what's already built and what you'd like changed. I'll check whether it fits this Gig before you order.
10. What happens after I place an order?
I'll review your requirements, map the workflow, build and test the automation, then deliver the completed system. If I need anything from you during the build, I'll message you through Fiverr.
