Most leadership communication coaching teaches frameworks, which are useful if you have a generic problem. Most leaders have a specific one.

Maybe the Board report is not landing. The unclear compliance document. The funding application that reads like it was not written for a decision-maker. The staff communication you keep drafting and deleting because you cannot work out how to say what needs to be said.

I work on your actual situation, not a hypothetical case study or a module you complete and apply later. We take whatever is most pressing and work through it - the document, the relationship, the communication challenge - in a structured conversation that produces something you can use immediately.

With more than two decades in executive and interim CEO roles across business, government, and the community sector, including remote Central Australia.
