About Me:
I have my B.A. in Accounting and have been working as an Accountant and Bookkeeper for 4 years. I am also a Xero and QB Certified ProAdvisor.
- USA INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES ONLY
Services I offer (depends on which Gig you select):
- Categorization of up to 150, 250, or 350 monthly transactions. This includes income (invoices, etc.), expenses, and Journal Entries if needed.
- Up to 2,3, and 4 different bank and credit card accounts (you can have more but it will be an additional fee per bank account added on to monthly rate)
- Monthly reconciliation and monthly close (so you can be prepared for Tax time)
- Basic Monthly Reporting (Balance Sheet and P&L with a review)
- Receipt Management (with your software)
- Monthly recurring support
**At this time, I don't offer payroll services**
*Please note: This Gig will require you to send me access to QB or Xero Via E-mail but all communication must stay on Fiverr*

What qualifications do you have to be an Accountant or Bookkeeper?
I have been working as a Senior Accountant and Senior Full Charge Bookkeeper since 2019. I graduated in 2019 with my Bachelors degree in Accounting and General Business. I'm a Quickbooks & Xero Certified ProAdvisor
What does the monthly process look like?
Once we get you set up, I will: -Catch up the data entry and any matching that needs to be done -Reconcile any active balance sheet accounts -Review the financial statements and then run them for you -Deliver your order with any concerns I have & up-to-date financials
How does this work?

Communication is very important. Accounting & Bookkeeping is a sensitive service. It requires constant, open communication between the seller (me) and the buyer (you) to ensure accuracy and a finished product in this service/gig.
