No, it doesn't. Your game need to be built for dedicated server.
So my game is dedicated server ready, what do I need to provide.
You will need to create developer account in your choosing Platform. Then you can add me as an admin and I will do everything else, once done you can removed me as an admin.
So who is gonna pay for dedicated servers hosting fees?
Dedicated servers hosting come with hosting fees and you, the owner of the account, will pay for such fees.
