FAQ
Why do I need to contact you first before ordering?
Because we need to understand exactly what you want before you order it so we can make the design according to your wishes.
What if I don’t have a clear idea for design, can you help me?
Yes of course. I am experienced enough to make designs. So, if you don't have enough details about your project, you can contact me first, then I can give you a free design concept idea so you can get a rough idea.
What should be prepared to order the design?
You can prepare the Text for the design, the Color of the design and the background of the design, and the reference image of the design you want.
Can I request a special offer if the package doesn’t meet my requirements?
Yes of course. You can send me the details about the special offer on chat first so we can discuss it about your logo creation plans.
Can I add text, colors, or specific elements?
Absolutely. Everything can be customized to suit your brand's needs and the package you choose.
What if I want an exact style like your portfolio examples?
No problem, I can create the same line style, composition, and vintage retro feel.
