FAQ
Will you mark my order complete before I've checked it?
No. We test the sheet with your real data, send you a preview, and wait for you to confirm it works. Only then do we press Deliver. Fixes found during that check don't count as revisions.
Is this tax advice?
No. It's an organizational tool. The categories are laid out to make your records easier to hand over, but your tax preparer decides how anything is reported.
Do I need to know Apps Script or formulas?
No. You use a simple menu ("Import new CSV") and fill in clearly labelled tabs. The scripts are commented in case you or someone else ever wants to edit them.
Do you need my passwords or access to my accounts?
No. You upload export files through Fiverr, we build the sheet, and you get your own copy. Your Etsy and bank logins stay with you.
Does it work in Excel?
This gig is built for Google Sheets. You can download the sheet as Excel, but the Apps Script automations only run in Google Sheets.
What if Etsy changes its export format later?
During the order and the Premium help window, we'll adjust the import for free. After that, we can update it through a small custom offer.
Which Etsy files do I need?
Usually the orders CSV from your shop's data download, plus your monthly statement CSV for fees. If you're not sure where to find them, we'll point you there in the order chat.
