Responding to customers is easy, I'm sure you can do it yourself, But, How fast can you get back to them? How ACCURATE is your response? How EMPHATIC and FRIENDLY are you towards the customers? How MANY questions you can handle in a day? That's what matters.

Some of my responsibilities:

* Ensure all customer orders are input accurately and correctly;

* Central point of contact for all customer service issues;

* Manage the entirety of the order process to ensure a smooth customer transition;

* Attend customer meetings to take feedback;

* Hold daily meetings with the sales order processing team to ensure all accurate and important information is shared across the team;

* Make sure the teams KPI's are being achieved;

* Ad-hoc administrative duties for the department.
