Can you update the video if my software UI changes in the future?
Absolutely. I build my animations to be flexible. If you update your platform's interface later, you can reach out for a "UI Refresh." I archive all project files, so we can swap out the old screenshots for new ones at a discounted "update rate" rather than starting from scratch.
Does the package include a professional voiceover and music?
Yes! My Standard and Premium packages include a professional human voiceover (you can choose the gender and accent) and royalty-free background music that matches your brand’s tone. For the Basic package, I provide the animation with background music, but a voiceover can be added as an extra.
