About this Gig
Hi, I am BuzzSupport and I am a Linux System Administrator who has been managing thousands of cPanel as well as Plesk servers throughout my career.
This gig is specially created for my repeating as well as new customers who want to manage their servers for security and optimization purposes.
My SERVER MANAGEMENT gig includes but is not limited to
- Installing/Setting up and configuring your server and control panel
- Applying the latest security patches and fixes protecting your server from hackers and viruses
- Upgrading software applications to the latest releases (Apache, Kernel, CloudLinux, PHP, etc.)
- Installing/Setting up and configuring basic & and advanced Firewalls such as CSF and Imunify360 to name a few.
- Tuning and optimizing your server's performance (Nginx, LiteSpeed Web Server, etc.)
- Solving any technical issues you might experience with your server and websites.
This gig is a one-off gig and you can fix any technical issues with me during the period. Once it's done, you can ask me about your problems anytime during the month and I will help you.

No, this gig is especially for server management and security. For website malware removal, please opt for my other gig which is specially created for malware cleanup.

cPanel and Plesk servers require regular maintenance and optimization One-off means, I will help you tweak, optimize your server, and hand over a secured and optimized, and updated server. And you can contact me if you face any server-related issues during the month. Next month, the same procedure.
I have shared hosting account, is this server management service for me?
Technically, this is only for VPS or dedicated servers owners. Basically, server management can be done only when there are "root" user privileges to your account. And on a shared hosting account, it's simply not possible. However, standard security and optimization can be definitely applied.
