HOW REMOTE WORK WORKS

1. Place your order and message me your issue.

2. We agree on a time for a live session.

3. You install a free remote tool (AnyDesk or TeamViewer) and give me access.

4. I fix the problem while you watch on your screen.

5. You can end the session any time. I never access your PC without you present.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

- A Windows 10 or 11 PC with internet

- A short description of the problem

- About 1 to 3 hours of availability, depending on your package

NOT INCLUDED: hardware repairs, data recovery from damaged drives, Mac or phone issues.
