What do you need from me to start?
Please share your business overview, product details, business model, traction, funding goals, financial assumptions, and website if you have one, plus any existing documents or research. We will confirm the required inputs before ordering.
What does the financial forecast include?
A 3-year Excel forecast based on your assumptions: revenue, costs, profit/loss, cash flow, and funding needs. Year 1 is monthly; years 2–3 are annual. Includes one base case. Balance sheets, valuations, detailed tax calculations, and sensitivity analysis are excluded.
What does the market and competitor research cover?
I research one agreed B2B market segment in one geographic area and up to 10 competitors, using public sources. The research covers market trends, demand indicators, competitor offerings, public pricing, and positioning. Additional markets or competitors cost extra.
What does the investor list include?
30 unique funds or angel investors researched for sector, stage, geography, and investment size, with fit explanations, sources, and available public contact routes. Direct email addresses, investor interest, meetings, and funding are not guaranteed. Outreach is not included.
Can I request more slides or additional work?
Yes. The package includes pitch deck writing and design for up to 15 slides. Additional slides cost $35 each. More investors, competitors, markets, or other services require an agreed-upon additional fee and may extend delivery.
How do milestones and revisions work?
First draft: research and business plan draft. Progress check: forecast and final business plan. Delivery: pitch deck and investor list. Two consolidated revision rounds are included across the project. Scope changes cost extra; correcting my own errors is free.
Does this package guarantee funding?
No. This service prepares your documents and investor research. Funding decisions remain with investors. Investor outreach, introductions, negotiations, legal documents, and investment advice are not included.
