I don't know programming, will i be able to edit website easily?
Your website will be fully editable! You will be able to very easily add text & images to all pages with a click! You will be able to edit ecommerce products, their images, descriptions & prices and add unlimited pages and posts too. No programming skills required! :)
Will you upload the website on my hosting to make it live?
Yes, I will do this as "COMPLIMENTARY FREE" if you provide your Hosting Control Panel url, username and password before I begin working. If Hosting details are not provided, there will be an additional charge of $35 for creating a zipped backup of the website.
I am ready to purchase! What do I need to get started?
You would need a domain name and a hosting account (if you don't have these I will assist you).I will also need your logo (optional), names & no. of pages, a few sentences about your website/company, e mail address to configure form, a few images from google (I will try to arrange similar ones)
Do you accept partial payments?
No, payments for a fiverr gig are to be made upfront. Payment is only released to sellers once the project is approved and completed by the buyer. I do offer revisions to ensure that the client is 100% satisfied. I may charge additional pages partially but for that you will need to contact me first
What do you mean by 'Wordpress friendly' hosting?
Your hosting needs to fully support wordpress for me to be able to upload the latest version wordpress, wordpress theme and plugins. Your hosting should have the latest version of PHP and all permissions that allow installation of the latest Wordpress themes and plugins.
What if my hosting is not 'Wordpress friendly' or if I do not provide Control Panel access?
If your Hosting does not meet the required standards or if I do not have Control Panel access, I will not be able to upload your website for you. In that case, I will provide you with a zipped backup of all of your website files + database. You will need some PHP/mySQL knowledge to upload yourself.
Can I have your email/contact/skype details so we can communicate easily?
Sorry, this is totally against Fiverr Terms and Policy! All communication with the client is to be done in writing via the Fiverr message board. All payment is to be made via Fiverr. I do not accept job offers that go against Fiverr Terms and Policy.
What if I do not like any feature of my website? Will you make revisions?
In case there is any issue, please contact me within 10 days of delivery of website & I will try to resolve ASAP. I cannot accept responsibility if contacted with any issues after weeks, months or years!! Please note that I will make revisions free of cost if contacted within 10 days of delivery.
What happens if I lose my website due to an incompetent hosting or due to deletion of an area of website by mistake?
I cannot accept responsibility if after delivery of website, any changes are made to theme/plugin files that cause the website to malfunction.I do not keep website backups after delivery of website unless it is requested by client before the completion of project.
I have more then pages mentioned in the package how do i buy more? / How to order more extras for page, Plugin, Revisions, Images and products.
There are order extras mentioned in the order page. I will charge $10 Extra for pages $5-10 for plugins and 5 Images for $10 suitable to your requirement.
