Which Odoo versions do you work with?
Recent versions of Odoo Online, Odoo.sh and self-hosted, both Community and Enterprise.
Can I edit the website myself afterwards?
I mainly build with custom HTML for more attractive designs, using editable elements wherever possible. Changing text is easy: just click "Edit" and replace it. After delivery, I'm always happy to help with small text changes for free.
Do I need an Odoo subscription?
Yes, you need an existing Odoo instance (Online, Odoo.sh or self-hosted). After ordering, please give me access via a user with website admin rights. You can remove my access after delivery. Don't have Odoo yet? I can advise you before ordering.
Can you use my existing design or brand guidelines?
Absolutely. Send me your logo, colors, fonts or a design file (e.g. Figma) and I'll implement it in Odoo.
What do I need to provide before you start?
Access to your Odoo, your logo, brand colors, fonts, texts and images. If content is missing, I can use placeholders that you replace later.
What counts as a revision? What about small text changes?
Small changes to design or content, such as colors, texts (positions & layout), images or spacing. Redesigns, new sections or new pages are not revisions and can be added as extras. Small text changes are free after delivery.
Can you make my website multilingual?
Yes. Multilingual setup is included in the Premium package or available as an extra. Translations must be provided by you; I set up the languages and insert the content.
Can you set up an online shop?
Yes, as an extra. It includes shop setup, payment provider and shipping methods. Product uploads are available as a separate extra.
What does "plugin installation" include?
Installing and basic configuration of one Odoo app (e.g. Blog, Events, Live Chat, Appointments) including integration into the website. Custom modules or advanced configuration are not included.
What is included in the autoresponder integration?
One automated confirmation email in your branding, sent after a form submission or newsletter signup. Multi-step email sequences require Odoo Enterprise (Marketing Automation) and are available on request.
