Do I need to give you access to my domain's DNS settings?
Yes — you'll need to add DNS records yourself, or grant temporary access to whichever host you use (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.). I'll give you exact records to add, or add them myself with access.
What if my domain is already blacklisted?
I'll check that as part of the audit and tell you honestly. Delisting depends on the specific blacklist and can take time beyond my control, but fixing the underlying authentication issue is usually what caused it in the first place.
What if my DNS is hosted somewhere you didn't mention?
Doesn't matter — SPF/DKIM/DMARC records are the same regardless of host. If it's an unusual provider, I'll walk you through adding them there too.
Do you write the email/SMS copy for the DBR campaign, or do I provide it?
Premium includes building the sequence itself; for the copy, send me your brand voice and offer details and I'll draft it, or use your own if you already have it.
How long until I see results after fixing deliverability?
