Are your drawing compliant with the latest Building Regulations
Construction details, methodologies, and regulatory notes are meticulously drafted to comply with your local building codes. These documents are derived from the most recent and authoritative building literature and databases.
Are your drawing accepted by building control?
I strive to include everything necessary for both tendering and passing building control. To give you peace of mind I offer up to 6 months of free revision coverage for any possible changes building control may require after drawing submission or as standard in the "PREMIUM" package
Do you create custom details?
Yes, I can create custom details in 2d, 3d or both in line with specified building code and/or to your requirements. I also can provide U-Value thermal efficiency calculations for specific construction make-up to gauge if they are within code.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Depending on the scale, resources given and requirements and number of revisions, it usually averages around 7-10 days for each project. If you have a tight deadline I offer an express service which could see a project turned over in minimum of 48hours
What documents do I need to get started?
You will need the latest version of your plans, preferably in CAD (.dwg/.skp/.rvt) format or a PDF. If not any some documentation with, illustrations, annotations, dimensions and your requirement will usually be enough. Otherwise feel free to message me where we can openly discuss your project.
I'm new to all this and I don't know what I need?
Understanding that navigating the building/construction process can be unfamiliar for many clients, I address concerns, dilemmas, or uncertainties proactively with patience and professionalism, facilitating informed decisions and project clarity.
