Do you use AI?
Yes. AI-assisted tools help build and run the cleaning steps, and I personally check every file before delivery. Your data is processed locally on my computer and is not sent to any AI service. If you need it done without AI tools, tell me before you order and we can discuss whether that works.
Is my data safe?
Your file is processed on my computer by local scripts and is not uploaded to any AI service or third party. I only use your file for your order, never share or resell it. Please remove anything you do not need cleaned (for example, payment or ID numbers) before uploading.
Will you import the data into my CRM, QuickBooks or Shopify for me?
No. I deliver an import-ready CSV. You run the import, so you never need to share your login.
My tool is not on your list. Can you help?
Message me first. Other platforms are available on request as a general cleanup: duplicates removed, formats standardized, names and addresses split, delivered as a clean CSV.
Do you catch duplicates that are spelled slightly differently?
No. Duplicates are matched on an exact key for your platform: the same email for contacts, people and Shopify customers, the same name for QuickBooks customers, vendors and items, or the same handle and option for Shopify products. Records without that key are not merged. Anything off is flagged.
What file types do you accept?
CSV, XLSX, XLS and text-based PDF. For Google Sheets, export to CSV or XLSX.
Can you clean PDFs?
Yes, if the PDF contains real text (you can select and copy the words). Scanned PDFs or photos of documents are not supported.
Can you verify that emails are real?
I check and standardize email format. I do not run deliverability checks, so I cannot promise every email will receive mail.
What if my file is larger than the package limit?
Message me with your row count and I will send a custom offer.
What if something looks wrong after delivery?
Use a revision. Tell me which rows, and I will fix them.
