What software do you use, and will I be able to edit the files later?
I design directly in Canva! If you order the Standard or Premium package, you will receive an editable Canva template link, allowing you to easily adjust text, scents, or details anytime without needing advanced design software.
Are the files ready for printing?
Yes! Every package includes high-resolution, print-ready PDF files (300 DPI) that you can send directly to your local print shop, online printing services (Avery, OnlineLabels, Sticker Mule), or your packaging manufacturer.
Can I request a custom style or send my own inspiration/references?
Absolutely! You can choose any style from my gig gallery (Minimalist, Botanical, Luxury Dark, or Vintage Apothecary) or send me your own mood boards, Pinterest links, and reference photos. I will tailor the design to match your brand vision perfectly.
What do I need to provide for the outer box design (Premium Package)?
For the box packaging design, please provide the blank dieline / template file (PDF, AI, or high-res PNG) from your packaging supplier or manufacturer. I will apply and align the artwork precisely on your dieline.
What does a revision include?
Revisions cover adjustments to typography, font sizes, text placement, color palettes, and minor layout tweaks within your selected design concept. A completely new concept from scratch with a different theme is not considered a standard revision.
Do you ship physical candle labels or jars?
No physical products are shipped. This gig provides digital design files only (Print-ready PDFs, 3D digital mockups, and Canva editable links).
