Need a CAD model that actually fits, prints and can be manufactured? I'm Leon, a German master craftsman in precision mechanics (Feinwerkmechanikermeister). I know how parts are machined and printed - and I design them that way in Fusion 360.

I'm Leon, a German master craftsman in precision mechanics (Feinwerkmechanikermeister). I design technical parts in Fusion 360 and I know how they are machined and printed, so my models are ready for manufacturing, not just nice to look at.
I create parametric CAD models for 3D printing and CNC. Send me a sketch, photo, measurements or a scan of a technical part, or simply describe your idea and I will design a solution for you. Clients value that I ask the right questions and give honest feedback. Many are repeat customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
A sketch, photo, drawing or existing file plus the key dimensions. If the part must fit something else, send the mating dimensions too. Only have an idea? Describe it and I'll tell you what's missing before you order.
Which file formats will I receive?
STEP and STL in every package. Standard and Premium also include the Fusion 360 source file (F3D). On request I can also deliver IGES, OBJ or 3MF.
Can you design for 3D printing and CNC machining?
Yes. Tell me the process and material. I consider wall thickness, overhangs and supports for printing, and tool access, inner radii and fits for CNC machining.
How precise are your models? Can you add tolerances?
I model to nominal dimensions and add the clearances or fits you need (e.g. ISO fits like H7/g6). For 3D printing I suggest clearances based on your printer and material.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change within the agreed brief, e.g. adjusting dimensions or details. New parts, new features or changed requirements after approval are a new scope - I'll send you a fair offer for that.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, choose "Extra-fast delivery" at checkout. For large projects please message me first so I can confirm the deadline.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. All files are treated confidentially and I only show projects in my portfolio with your permission. Happy to sign your NDA before you share files.
Can you edit my existing STEP or STL file?
STEP files can be edited directly. STL files are meshes - I rebuild them as clean CAD solids so they become editable. Tell me what should change and I'll quote the effort.
Why should I message you before ordering?
Every part is different. A short message lets me confirm the right package and price, so you never pay for something that doesn't fit your project.
