Do you provide structural, MEP, or engineer stamps?
This gig covers architectural, structure and MEP drawings only. Structural, MEP, energy reports, and stamps are not included unless discussed separately.
What if the city requests revisions?
Revisions included in your package cover design updates. Plan-check corrections can be added if additional rounds are required.
