1. What information do you need to start the MEP drafting work?
Architectural floor plans (DWG/PDF), project location, scope (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Life Safety), number of floors, and any specific code requirements.
2. Are engineering calculations or stamped drawings included?
No. Engineering calculations, load analysis, and stamped drawings are not included. We coordinate with licensed PEs for review and stamping as a separate scope, upon request.
3. Do you handle fire alarm, sprinkler, or egress plans?
Yes life safety drafting (exit/egress, fire sprinkler layouts, fire alarm plans, occupancy load diagrams) is available. These are drafted for code compliant layout; stamped fire protection engineering is coordinated separately with a licensed specialist.
4. What software, formats, and turnaround should I expect?
AutoCAD, delivered in DWG and PDF. Turnaround is 3 days (Basic), 5 days (Standard), or 7–8 days (Premium) Extra Fast Delivery is available on all tiers for an added fee.
5. Should I contact you before placing an order?
