Do your permit drawings come stamped or sealed?
No. I provide professional drawings, but I do not provide architect/engineer stamps. However, my drawings are fully ready for submission to your local licensed engineer for review and stamping.
Can you revise the drawings if the city requests changes?
Yes. I can modify the drawings based on city comments. Additional charges may apply depending on the scope of corrections.
