I will review your mechanical design with FEA to find weak points, stress areas, displacement issues and practical improvement directions before production.


This gig is for clients who already have a CAD model and want to understand how the design behaves under load. I can review single parts, mechanical assemblies, brackets, frames, supports, mounts, 3D printed parts and production-oriented components.


What I can help with:

- Linear static FEA review

- Von Mises stress and displacement results

- Weak point identification

- Safety factor review

- Reaction force review, where applicable

- Assembly and connection area comments

- Practical CAD improvement direction

- Before-after comparison for improved designs


I use licensed Autodesk tools, including Autodesk Inventor, Inventor Nastran and Autodesk Fusion.
