Do I need to stay at my computer while you work?
Yes, please stay nearby! Since we are using Windows Quick Assist, the session may occasionally ask you to "Allow" a specific action or permission. Also, for security and transparency, I prefer you to be present so you can see exactly how I am fixing your issue in real-time.
What if my internet connection is completely down?
f you have no internet at all, we won't be able to use Quick Assist. However, if you can connect your computer to a mobile hotspot or a secondary stable signal, I can log in to troubleshoot your main WiFi or router settings from there. If you're unsure, message me first and we can discuss the steps!
