I will create a native Android application with a focus on design and performance.
If you selected anything other than the basic package I will also build a back end if requested with any required API endpoints using Node.js and Express.js with MongoDB (if needed).
We can work together to tailor it to your desires.
I will publish the application to the Google Play store (including building the required privacy policy and terms of service) if requested (provided it does not violate the terms of service).

Can the app support multiple languages?
Yes. Whatever languages you want support for can be added upon request.
Do I get access to the back end source code?
You get every bit of source code. I will develop the back end on my personal server by default, but if you want to use another back end service like linode or AWS I can develop there instead. You are responsible for the cost of that. I just require access.
Where do you manage the code?
I can use github if desired and set up a CI/CD pipeline, or I can just give you all the code to set up yourself. Neither option comes with an additional charge.
