I will be your minecraft game designer and project manager
About this Gig
I plan, design and run Minecraft Bedrock projects so your team actually ships.
5+ years on the official Minecraft Bedrock Marketplace as designer, producer and QA. I know what kills a project: vague scope, no spec, no testing pass, and a submission rejected two weeks before release.
WHAT I DO
- Game design documents: mechanics, progression, balancing, content lists
- Production planning: scope, milestones, task breakdown, realistic deadlines
- Team coordination: builders, artists, developers, weekly follow-up
- QA: structured test plans and bug reports your devs can act on
- Marketplace compliance review before submission
WHO IT IS FOR
Studios and teams building maps, addons or Marketplace content who have the talent but nobody steering the project.
HOW IT WORKS
Basic gives you the design document. Standard adds the full production plan. Premium is one month of hands-on management of your team. Every package has a clear hour cap, so you always know what you are paying for.
I work in English and French.
Message me with your project and team size before ordering, and I will tell you exactly what you need.

FAQ
What is a game design document and why do I need one?
A GDD is the document your whole team works from: mechanics, progression, balancing, content lists and edge cases. It replaces the endless Discord threads where everyone remembers a different version of the plan. Devs build from it, artists know what to produce.
Do you actually manage my team?
Yes. I coordinate your builders, artists and developers, keep the milestones, run the QA passes and report progress to you. I do not replace your team, I make it deliver. Premium covers one month, and the extra week option covers longer projects.
What is a Marketplace compliance review?
I review your packs, manifests, naming, performance and content rules against Marketplace requirements, then send you a fix list before you submit. Cheaper than a rejection two weeks before your release date.
