Can you guarantee Stripe will approve my account?
No, and nobody can. Stripe's review is theirs alone. What I can do is make sure the ownership information you submit is accurate, complete and matches your registry filings, which is what most stalled verifications are missing.
What do you need from me?
Corporate registry extracts for each entity in the chain, shareholder or cap table records, and the exact wording of what Stripe requested. I don't need your ID documents or selfies at any point.
Why don't you submit it for me?
Verification has to come from the account holder — that's the point of it. Anyone offering to submit on your behalf is either misdescribing what they do or doing something you don't want attached to your account.
My structure runs through several holding companies. Can you handle that?
