What are commercial rights and do I need them?
Commercial rights are only required if you are creating an e-learning course to sell. If my voice isn't going to be used for profit, for example, an in-house training program, I do not require commercial rights to be purchased.
What is the default file format that you provide?
The basic gig includes MP3 files, separated and labeled as you specify. If high quality WAV files are required, the gig extra must be ordered.
