Mixing live music to an awesome degree is an art form, but it doesnt work when the system is not up to the job or is set up in an incorrect or inefficient way. Many times in my 15 year career have I encountered a PA system that has been set up incorrectly or is not arranged in the best way to achieve the best for your space.
Over the years I have designed, deployed and tuned systems from small scale to festival scale and can confidently deliver you a design that will deliver the best experience for your audience. I take away the design brief and develop the exact design & deployment of the system.

Hey! Im Calum I am a Scottish audio engineer with over 15 years experience in the industry in the live event sector. Through this time I have gained a VAST amount of experience in crafting an audio experience that gets everyone on their feet and connect artist and audience together in one moment together. Through my experience being a monitor engineer for various festivals and gigs in the UK, I have a manner that get allows me to communicate effectively and considerately, always with your vision in mind.

FAQ
Is this just for Live Events?
No, Live events is where most of my experience comes from, but it doesn't stop there. I have had a number of clients looking for various installs - some home renovations, Game rooms - the whole house! this is not a pigeon holed service, if in doubt - reach out!
What Software do you work with?
For live events I am familiar and regularly use various software packages for acoustic modelling from manufacturer of d&b Audiotechnik, l'Acoustics & MAPPXT. For more commercial and domestic spaces, I use EaseFocus for acoustic modelling where the relevant data file is available.
What about measurements of my space?
I am happy to work with anything from simple sketches to full CAD drawings, I take the time to uplift drawings or plans into SketchUp as part of the design as this helps with positions of units as well as cable runs.
