What platforms do you test on ?
I primarily test on PC (Windows), browser-based games, and mobile (Android/iOS via emulator or device if provided). Let me know your build/platform when messaging !
What exactly do you test and include in the report ?
I cover gameplay feel, UX/UI issues, bugs/glitches, balance/progression, fun factor, FTUE/onboarding, and more. You get a detailed written report (8+ pages) + video recordings with audio think-aloud commentary. Bonus : Insights from my sales background.
How long does a playtest take, and when do I get results ?
Tests are delivered within 24 hours. Basic sessions : 60 mins playtime; full packages: 1–3+ hours depending on game length. Results include video files, audio commentary, and your complete written report.
Is there a free trial or way to try before paying ?
Yes ! Message me first with your build link for a free trial (short prototype feedback session, basic text insights only – no full video/report). If you're happy, we can proceed to a paid order for the complete service. No credit card needed !
Do you provide honest feedback, or is it always positive ?
I give real player perspective: what works, what frustrates, and what might cause bad reviews or low retention. My goal is to help you improve and ship a better game.
What file formats do you accept for the game build ?
PC: .exe, .zip, itch.io/Steam link, or Google Drive/Dropbox. Mobile: APK/IPA or TestFlight link. Browser: playable URL. Send via message or requirements section. I can guide you if needed.
How confidential is my game ? Will you share anything ?
100% confidential. I sign NDAs if requested (free). Your build, feedback, and videos are private, never shared or used elsewhere. Full trust is key for indie devs !
What if I'm not satisfied with the feedback ?
100% satisfaction guaranteed. Unlimited revisions on the report until you're happy (within reason). If something doesn't meet expectations, message me, we'll fix it !
Can I request specific focus areas (bugs only, FTUE, difficulty) ?
Absolutely ! Tell me in the message or requirements, for example : "Focus on FTUE & onboarding" or "Prioritize bug hunting & balance". I tailor the playtest and report to your needs.
Do you offer extras like deeper market analysis or multiple testers ?
