A: Your services, prices, hours, and common customer questions, plus which calendar you use and where you want alerts (Telegram or email). Use test data where possible, and never send passwords in chat.
Q: Do you offer ongoing support?
A: Yes. The "1-Month Support" extra covers monitoring, prompt tuning, and small tweaks. Anything beyond that gets a separate quote.
Q: Do I need a phone number, and who pays for it?
A: Yes. The AI answers a business number through the voice provider. Phone number and call-minute fees are paid by you directly to the provider and are not included in the gig price.
Q: What AI models do you work with?
I can integrate models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI where supported by your setup. We’ll choose one based on your task and budget.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 3 days (Basic), 5 days (Standard), and 10 days (Premium). Delivery starts once I have the business details from the requirements form.
