At this point, I do not offer returns of your product, it helps me create authentic content because I'm actually using what I'm promoting.
Do you post the videos on your social media accounts?
No. Your content is yours and yours only. I don't repost client videos on my socials, it stays private for your brand.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, all packages offers 1 revision (cropping, moving, deleting) clips, adjusting text on screen, re-recording voiceover. Reshooting is not included, reshot is available for an additional fee.
Are B-Roll shots included?
Quick Hook = no b-roll (clean product demo). Viral Maker includes some b-roll. Growth Booster = full b-roll, graphics, and hook variations.
What equipment do you have?
iPhone 17 Pro Max, professional lighting (selfie ring light + Godox SL-60W LED Video Light), and multiple filming locations (nursery, bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor - lake, park, nature).
Can you reshoot the content?
If there's an error on my end (audio, pronunciation, technical issue), I'll reshoot at no charge. If you want a different creative direction after delivery, that's a new order or custom rate.
Do you write scripts or do I provide one?
Quick Hook = you provide the script. Viral Maker & Growth Booster = I write the script optimized for your audience and platform.
Can you film in different locations?
Yes! I have indoor setups (nursery, bathrooms, kitchen, etc) and can film outdoors (lake, park, nature, etc). Custom locations available, message me to discuss.
Can you incorporate trending sounds and Gen Z humor?
Absolutely. I stay on top of trending audio, current slang, and what's actually resonating with Gen Z right now. If you want a trending sound or specific Gen Z energy, I build that into the script and delivery.
