I'm a literary translator & book editor, working in traditional publishing and seeking to help indie and soon-to-be traditionally published authors! As an indie writer myself, I'd like to offer my training and knowledge to help you deliver the best manuscript.

What is a developmental edit?

I'll evaluate the overall structure and sub-elements of your manuscript to see what works and what does not. I will make sure character arcs, settings, plot points and world building work both as an editor and as a reader. I will also offer a comprehensive edit letter to help you revise your story and eliminate things such as inconsistencies, weird timelines, and unbelievable plot elements.

What I do not offer:

Copyediting (grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting).

Line editing (style, sentence structure, sentence-level flow).

What is included:

You can request a zoom call to discuss feedbacks, and also come back for a few revisions (sort of brainstorming session, and re-reading of some chapters/scenes)
