Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to take your cello playing to the next level (yes, advanced too!), I'll design each lesson to be fun, inspiring, and tailored to your needs.
I'm Camillo, a professional cellist with 27+ years of experience, currently Co-Principal Cellist of the Estonian National Theatre "Vanemuine." I've studied and worked across Italy, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, and played with artists like Jacob Collier, Disturbed, Janine Jansen, and Giovanni Sollima.
I love teaching especially helping adult beginners and amateurs discover that the cello doesn't have to mean endless scales (unless you want them!).
With my play-along method, you'll get to play along with the songs that you love in any genre while improving your technique.
I also teach students on the traditional classical path, drawing from my own studies and career.

Once upon a time, I was a 6-year-old boy who picked up a cello—and never put it down.
Over 27 years, it’s taken me to study and perform across Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and now in Estonia, where I'm the Co-Principal cellist of the Estonian National Theatre "Vanemuine".
You might know Jacob Collier, the band "Disturbed", Janine Jansen, or Giovanni Sollima—I’ve had the privilege of performing with them all.
I love teaching, recording, and arranging—whether it’s helping students to find joy, creating custom string parts, or bringing your song to life. Challenge me with your ideas!

Yes and no. Yes because you are going to play cello! No because if you don't know where to start from, no worries! I'll guide you through every step to get everything you need.
Do I need to know anything about music?
No, nothing, we'll build everything from scratch. Love for music and curiosity are all you need.
