What do you need from me to start?
Your site link, the page URLs with problems, a short description and screenshots. Please make a backup first, or tell me and I’ll take one. Send a temporary admin user through Fiverr messages, not your main login.
How long will it take?
Basic takes 2 days, Standard 3 and Premium 5. Clear screenshots and quick access speed it up. Hosting limits, missing access or a problem that turns out to be larger than described can slow it down.
What counts as one fix?
One fix is one problem on one page or one global element, like a broken mobile layout, a menu style or one CSS change. The same issue repeated across many pages counts as one fix if it has a single cause.
What counts as a revision?
A change to a fix I delivered, such as adjusting spacing or a color I set. New problems, new pages or a different request after delivery are not revisions. I can quote them as extras or a new order.
Which package should I pick?
Basic for up to 3 fixes on up to 2 pages. Standard for up to 6 fixes, custom CSS, Theme Builder changes and a plugin conflict check. Premium adds speed optimization and a 7-day follow-up. Unsure? Message me first.
What will I receive?
The fixes applied to your live site, or a staging copy if you have one. Premium includes before and after notes. I don’t hand over files, since the work is done inside your Divi site.
Who owns the work?
You do. Once the order is complete, the changes and CSS I add to your site are yours. The Divi theme is licensed by Elegant Themes, so keep your license active for updates.
What is not included?
Hosting or server fixes, malware cleanup, full redesigns, new pages, e-commerce and checkout problems, and fixes for third-party plugins I can’t access. If your problem is one of these, I’ll tell you before you order.
I’m new to Fiverr. What if I’m unsure about hiring you?
Message me first. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can fix it before you pay. I also take a backup before changes and share progress, so you can raise issues early. I can’t promise results on problems caused by hosting.
