What do you need from me to start?
Your store URL, a short goal (what you want to automate/fix), and any tools/APIs you use (ERP/CRM/3PL, email, shipping, etc.). If you have examples/screenshots, even better.

Both. Private apps for one store (fast and focused). Public apps if you want to publish on the Shopify App Store (includes extra requirements like billing and compliance).
