What do we need to get started?
Please send us a message to discuss your specific needs. You must fill in the required fields so that I can provide you with all the information I need to get started.
What files do I need to provide?
You need your logo, your packaging/cutting dimensions, all content like writing/texts, images. Any design reference or some design notes will help.
What services do you provide?
We design packaging, labels, logos, insert cards, business cards, infographics, product photography, 3D renderings.
Do you provide the source file for a 3D rendering?
We use a custom application to make the 3D renderings, so we only share JPG/PNG images. We do not share source files for 3D renderings.
I need the editable file in AI, do you offer to include it?
We include source files for print-ready files. We can share the fully editable source file in AI. Check out our Extras.
Do you share the fonts used in the design?
If you purchase the "master/editable" source file, some of the fonts may require Adobe applications, so you will need access to an Adobe suite. Other fonts may be labeled "pro", which means you will need to obtain the appropriate license to install them on your machine.
Can I see your portfolio?
Of course, you can check out some of our designs on our profile. That way, you understand our style.
Do I receive rights to the work?
Yes. However, many projects require third-party elements (such as images, fonts, patterns, etc.). It is the customer's responsibility to acquire and securely store any Third Party licenses from their source. Fonts cannot be trademarked, but licenses for their use are avaliable
