I will automate your CRM and manual business processes

About this gig
Manual handoffs are where leads die: the form nobody routed, the follow-up nobody sent, the status nobody updated. I automate the boring, breakable parts of your CRM and business processes.
6 years of Salesforce experience. I build inside your accounts - Salesforce, HubSpot, or whatever CRM you run - so nothing leaves your systems: lead routing, appointment processes, notifications, task creation, approvals, status changes, CRM handoffs, scheduling logic, customer follow-ups, webhook-driven processes.
Basic: an honest review of one workflow with a recommended automation and what it would save. Standard: one automation designed and implemented. Premium: a multi-step workflow, built end to end.
If the automation you want can't be built with your data and process, I say so before starting - never after.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
The exact problem or outcome, access via your own accounts (collaborator/admin invite — never your password), and any files or examples tied to the issue. I confirm scope with you before work starts.
What if my problem is bigger than the package?
I'll tell you plainly before I start. Bigger work becomes a gig extra or a custom quote — you'll never be charged for scope you didn't approve.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, where they help — including ChatGPT and Claude — and I personally review, test, and stand behind every delivery. Happy to walk through my process.
What do I actually receive?
Basic is a written review naming the workflow, the recommended automation, and the time or errors it should save. Standard and Premium include the automation built inside your accounts, plus a short note on what changed.
What if the automation I want can't be built?
I'll tell you before I build anything - either the closest version your data and process support, or what would need to change to make it possible. You don't pay for automation that can't exist.
