Do I need to purchase Broadcast Rights for my project?
If your project will be used for paid advertising — such as YouTube ads, TV commercials, or radio or Spotify spots — then yes, Full Broadcast Rights are required. This covers the extended licensing needed for promoting your content to a wide audience on paid platforms.
