1. What do you need from me to get started?
I'll need a brief description of your business, the workflow you want reviewed, your current challenges, and the outcome you're trying to achieve. Screenshots, process notes, or examples are helpful but not always required.
2. What types of business workflows can you review?
I can review workflows involving lead management, customer inquiries, follow-ups, administrative tasks, internal operations, order processing, and coordination between tools or teams. Message me if you're unsure whether your workflow fits.
3. Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for one workflow and up to 3 recommendations. Standard covers up to 2 workflows with a prioritized improvement plan. Premium covers up to 3 workflows with process mapping, an implementation roadmap, and a presentation deck.
4. Will you build or implement the automations?
No. This Gig focuses on reviewing your processes, identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements. Software development, automation setup, integrations, and technical implementation are not included.
5. Do I need to already use AI or automation tools?
No. You can start with entirely manual processes. I'll assess where simpler workflows, existing tools, AI, or automation might help. I won't recommend AI where it doesn't provide a practical benefit.
6. Will you need access to my accounts or sensitive business information?
Usually not. I can work from descriptions, screenshots, and non-sensitive process information. Please don't share passwords or confidential customer data. We can discuss any additional information needed before you place an order.
7. What will I receive when the project is complete?
You'll receive written findings and actionable recommendations appropriate to your package. Standard also includes a prioritized improvement plan. Premium adds process mapping, an implementation roadmap, and a presentation deck. Implementation and specific performance outcomes are not guaranteed.
