I will transfer agreed invoice-level fields from readable, text-based PDF invoices into a clean Excel spreadsheet. You choose the columns, such as supplier, invoice number, date, currency, subtotal, tax, and total. I will compare each entered value with its source PDF and flag missing or unclear fields instead of guessing.
This starter service covers single-page invoices with selectable text and one approved layout. It does not include line items, bookkeeping, tax advice, payment reconciliation, or OCR of scans. Please message me with one sample PDF and your field list before ordering if your files have varied layouts. I can also show a sample output made with synthetic data.

What PDF files are included?
Single-page invoices with selectable text in one approved layout. Scans, handwriting, multi-page files, and line-item tables are outside the base packages. Send a sample before ordering if unsure.
What happens if a value is unclear or inconsistent?
I keep the value shown in the PDF when readable and flag the row for review. I will not invent missing figures or silently correct a total. The spreadsheet includes a review note where needed.
What do you need to start?
Please send the invoice PDFs, one sample layout, the fields and column order you want, and your preferred date and number format. Remove or mask data that is not needed for the task.
