Who owns the code and the hosting after delivery?
You own everything. The code is deployed to YOUR Google Cloud account under YOUR control. I hand over all access at delivery. No vendor lock-in, no hidden subscriptions, no dependency on me.
How much will hosting cost me per month?
Google Cloud Run + Firestore has a generous free tier — most small team tools run under $5-15/month. For a team of 20-50 people with moderate use, expect $10-30/month total. I'll size it properly for your usage.
Can the tool connect to our existing systems (Slack, HubSpot, etc.)?
Yes. I regularly build integrations with Slack, Stripe, HubSpot, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and any REST API. Basic and Standard include light integrations; Premium includes 2 full integrations. More can be added as extras.
What happens if my needs change after delivery?
That's why I include revisions (2-5 depending on package) and offer optional 60-day support. The code is clean and documented so you can pass it to any developer later. If you want me to keep building, we can arrange ongoing work outside the gig.
Can my team log in with their company Google accounts?
Yes — that's the default. Authentication is restricted to your company's Google Workspace domain, so only your employees can access. We can also add role-based permissions (admin, editor, viewer) in Standard and Premium packages.
Is this better than using Airtable, Notion, or no-code tools?
For simple cases, no-code might be enough. Custom tools win when: your workflow doesn't fit off-the-shelf options, you want to avoid per-user SaaS costs as you grow, or you need tight integration with your existing data and systems.
