What credentials do you need to fix my site?
Either WordPress admin (wp-admin) credentials, FTP/SFTP access, or SSH access — whichever you have. For complex issues I may need a combination. I'll specify exactly what's needed after diagnosing.
Is my site safe during the fix?
Yes. My first action on every order is taking a complete backup using UpdraftPlus or your hosting's built-in backup. If anything goes wrong, I restore in minutes. I never touch your site without a backup in place.
How do I securely send you credentials?
Through Fiverr's encrypted messaging. I recommend creating a temporary admin user and FTP user just for this fix, which you delete after delivery. Never share your main account password.
What if you can't fix the issue?
I diagnose every issue before charging additional work. If the bug requires significantly more work than expected, I'll explain options. Full refund available within 24 hours if I can't deliver.
Do you fix hacked or malware-infected sites?
Yes, in the Premium package. I clean malware, restore from backup if needed, and harden security to prevent reinfection. For severe cases, message me first to confirm scope.
Can you fix Elementor design issues?
Yes. Elementor errors, missing widgets, layout breaks after updates, custom CSS conflicts — all covered. I have 5+ years working with Elementor and Elementor Pro.
What's NOT covered in this Gig?
