Be sure I'll put all my ears to be as accurate as possible and all my eyes to give you a very organized and easy to read sheet.

BASIC (Plain Chord Charts): Includes chord symbols on measures, rehearsal marks and repeats.

STANDARD (Rhythm Sheet): Perfect professional guide for the rhythm section (keys, bass, guitar, drums). Includes details and important events in the song. Chord symbols main riffs and breaks in slashed and rhythm notation, key signature, rehearsal marks, repeats, dynamics, instrument instructions. This is great for rehearsal and recording.

PREMIUM: In addition of all Rhythm Charts features, Lead Sheets incorporate lead melody and lyrics in standard notation. This is great document if you need to register your original song and also very useful for your live/rehearsal/recording bandmates.

Other instrument transcriptions are available on request. Price may vary depending on the complexity and factors like sound quality.

I'll send you the sheet in PDF. I can provide my project file (Musescore) or XML for you to import if you use a different app.
