What types of applications do you work with?

Can you build a complete application from scratch?
Yes, new applications can be discussed as separate custom projects. The Basic, Standard, and Premium packages in this Gig are designed for improving existing software. Please contact me first for a new application's scope, timeline, and price.
What information do you need before I order?
Please share your project goals, application version, operating system, relevant screenshots, and a clear list of requested changes. If code review is required, provide files you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords or real customer records.
Can you improve appointments, sales, or inventory?
Yes. I can review and improve existing appointment, client, sales, inventory, and reporting workflows in compatible Python desktop applications. The exact work depends on your application's current structure and the selected package.
What is the difference between your packages?
Basic covers one minor fix. Standard covers one existing screen, form, or feature customization. Premium covers up to two agreed workflow improvements. Larger changes or new modules require a custom offer. All work is subject to technical review.
Will I receive the application source code?
If you provide code you own or are authorized to modify, delivery of updated files can be agreed within the project scope. Pre-existing proprietary code belonging to QuintaDimensión Tecnología, including ESTELYA's full source, is not included or transferred.
Can you deliver a Windows executable file?
Windows packaging and executable delivery can be evaluated as an additional service. They are not automatically included in every package. Compatibility tests and installation requirements must be agreed before the order is confirmed.
How do you handle confidential business information?
I prefer synthetic or anonymized sample data for development and testing. Please do not share passwords, payment credentials, medical records, or unnecessary personal information. Any special data handling requirements must be agreed before work begins.
What do your revisions include?
Revisions cover adjustments to the originally agreed deliverables. Basic includes one revision, Standard includes two, and Premium includes three. New features or changes outside the approved scope may require a separate quote.
Can you add cloud sync, online booking, or integrations?
Potentially, but cloud synchronization, online booking, payment gateways, messaging integrations, and major new modules are not included in these standard packages. I can review feasibility and prepare a separate custom proposal.
