The story should be summarized and outlined into panel, script or playwright form with description of scenes and dialogues. Please no narratives. Reading an outlined script with references included is very helpful and efficient.

Details like accessories, gears, mechanisms and character designs shall be on hand. I will only draw if the references are available, I can draw your rough OC along the pages for free, as long as it's not too complex. Readily available materials will help us save time and effort.

Cancellations are applicable only while in the phase of doing the drafts. Drafts shown must be delivered and paid. Drafts will help you decide if you want to continue purchasing a package to prevent unnecessary future cancellations. Refunds are only available before work begins.

We have the right to cancel the order if we feel that we can't continue the order because of requests beyond of our skills, having slow progress due to frequent edits, or circumstances that may impedes our work. Full or negotiated refund depending on the progress made can be received.

I may request longer delivery for complex art, scenes and background, and extension for unforeseen multiple edits, late replies and complex art or requests with no price increase.

I usually show the final output within a week, or at most 24h, before deadline. If there is no response on the side of the buyer, I will tend to deliver the order few hours before the deadline. We can still continue revisions, or proceeding to the selected package even after the delivery.

You may use the artwork for personal and commercial purposes with no additional licensing fees. Crediting is not required when publishing the artwork, but we retain the copyright of the artwork and may showcase it in our portfolio, website, and social media.
