If your website isn't growing despite ongoing optimization, the problem is rarely doing too little. It's usually doing the wrong things, in the wrong order.
This is an SEO audit that ends in a plan you can act on, not a 90-page report that sits in a folder. I analyse your site and your main competitors, then tell you what to fix first, what can wait, and what will not move the needle at all.
What you receive:
- A prioritised list of issues, ordered by what it costs you to ignore them
- Site structure, on-page and technical analysis
- Competitor gap analysis: where demand exists and who is capturing it
- Content and link profile evaluation using professional tools (Ahrefs)
- A clear direction for the next 30, 60 and 90 days
Every finding names the page or the template, states the change, and explains why it matters. If something cannot be expressed that way, it is usually not worth doing, and I will say so.
I don't sell generic packages or isolated tasks. I sell clarity about where your growth is actually blocked.
