1. What do you need from me to start?
Your product or book name, launch date, offer or price, logo, images and any pages you like. Add your preorder link or payment tool if you have one. Answer the checkout questions and I can start right away.
2. How long does delivery take?
Basic takes 3 days, Standard 5 and Premium 7. Sending all text and images upfront speeds things up. Late feedback or missing files slows it down.
3. What counts as a revision?
Changes to layout, text placement, colors or fonts within the agreed scope. Adding new sections or a new page structure after approval is a new request and needs an extra or a new order.
4. Which package should I pick?
Basic for a one-section waitlist. Standard for a full preorder page with bonuses and an FAQ. Premium if you want the source file and HTML/CSS. Not sure? Message me before ordering.
5. What files do I get, and where can I use them?
Premium includes the source file and HTML/CSS you can host anywhere. Lower packages are a finished design. Tell me your platform (WordPress, Wix, Carrd, etc.) before ordering so I can confirm the fit.
6. Who owns the final page?
You do. After the order is complete and paid, you own the final design and text I deliver. Stock images and fonts keep their own licenses, and I will flag any that need one.
7. What is not included?
Domain, hosting, payment processor setup, paid ads and long-form copy beyond the page text. I can point you to what you need for each.
8. Can I get rush delivery or extras?
Yes. Message me before ordering with your launch date and I will confirm what is possible. Extra sections or faster delivery can be added as extras or a custom offer.
9. I'm new to Fiverr. What if I don't like it?
Message me first. We agree the plan, you see the draft before final delivery, and your revisions are included. If something is off, tell me and I will fix it.
