I will write and design an employee onboarding kit in 3 languages
Internal comms and employer branding writer in Spanish, English, German
About this Gig
I write and design onboarding kits people actually use in Spanish, English and German, by the same hand. No juggling a translator, a designer and someone from HR. I'm all three.
The 10 sections: welcome letter · who we are · your first 30/60/90 days · how we work · people map · access and tools checklist · benefits · new-hire FAQ · internal glossary with the German column · culture and rituals.
How it works:
- You send me what you already have.
- A call where I pull out what isn't written down anywhere. (if needed)
- You approve the outline and tone on one page, before I produce everything.
- You receive the kit as a designed PDF plus an editable version your team can keep updating.
Two revision rounds included. 9+ years inside large multinationals at your disposal to help you make a great first impression with your new employees.

FAQ
Do I have to write the content?
No. That's the point. You send me whatever exists and if you need anything in particular to be included and I turn what's in your head into finished sections. Onboarding materials tend to have similar sections, they just need to be specific to your company and goals.
We already have an onboarding document. Can you work from that?
Yes, and it usually goes faster. I keep what works, rewrite what doesn't land with the local team, and design the whole thing as one consistent document. It's great if what you want is the localisation to LATAM or in German for example, I'll make it useful in different languages/cultures.
Which languages do you work in?
Spanish, English and German. Standard includes two, Premium includes all three. I don't translate word-for-word — I rewrite so each version sounds native to the team reading it.
What file formats do I get?
A designed PDF in every package. Standard and Premium also include an editable version, so your team can update it without me. Tell me before we start whether you prefer Canva, Word, or PPT.
Can you include our legal policies?
I can format and localize policies you provide, but I don't draft legal content and I'm not a lawyer. Anything legal has to come from you or your counsel.
Who have you worked with?
For confidentiality I don't publish client or employer names. I have 9+ years inside large multinationals working with teams across Europe and Latin America in these specific areas.
Do you use AI?
Mostly no, sometimes for structuring. The voice, the judgement and the localization are mine. An onboarding kit written entirely by AI sounds like it came from nobody and it's the opposite of what you want for a new employee.
What if we need changes six months from now?
The editable version is yours to update. If you'd rather I keep it current, I offer that separately, most clients move to that after the first year of hiring.
