FAQ
What size is the poster?
The poster will be set as 12" x 16" unless otherwise specified in the order details. Please note: If the premium package is ordered, the source file/.ai file can be scaled to any size without loss of quality.
Is there a border?
Yes! As a default I add a 0.2" white border to all my posters. If you would rather not have a border, or would like one in a different colour or a different thickness, no problem! Just say in the order details.
What font(s) are used?
As a default I use Futura Medium or Bold, all uppercase; in white or black depending on the background colour. Futura's clean lines and its simple geometric shapes perfectly compliments my art. If you prefer another font, no problem! You don't need to know the name, just describe - fun, script etc.
How much text can go on the poster?
As standard my posters usually just have one or two placenames. If there is significantly extra text or social media icons, addresses, telephone numbers etc, please message me first.
Will there be a proof before delivery?
Yes, absolutely! I think it's so important for the buyer to see the poster before delivery. It allows for feedback and changes before the deadline, saving time for everyone. You will get a proof approximately 24-48 hrs before the deadline.
Other details:
Please provide me with as much information as possible for the poster/design. If there is only limited information or a rough sketch to base the poster on, you leave artistic license to me and any significant changes after the proof/delivery may need to be charged as extras.
