What types of programmes do you support?
I support online courses, group programmes, and coaching cohorts. If you’re running something structured with participants, I can help keep everything organised and running smoothly.
Do you write programme emails?
I can set up and schedule emails, including onboarding and reminders. Email content should be provided, but I can support with this separately if needed.
Do you attend live sessions?
I can support live sessions where needed, including coordination, tech support, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Live support is provided for key sessions and agreed in advance as part of your package. Ongoing or additional session support can be arranged separately.
What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need details of your programme (dates, structure, platform), access to any relevant tools, and any email content or materials you’d like included.
How much notice do you need?
I recommend a few days’ notice to allow time for setup and preparation. For live or ongoing support, availability may be limited due to existing commitments, so booking in advance is advised.
Can you support more than one programme?
Each package is based on one programme or cohort. If you’re running multiple programmes, I can create a custom offer to support you.
What if I need something outside the package?
No problem. If you need additional support, just send me a message and I’ll be happy to create a custom offer based on your needs.
Do you provide ongoing support throughout the programme?
Yes, ongoing support is included in the Premium package for up to one month (4 weeks) from your programme start date. This is designed to support you through the initial delivery phase. If your programme runs longer and you’d like continued support, I’m happy to discuss this.
